Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

General Return Guidelines

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging (if applicable).
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Clothing Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, perfume, pet hair, or damage.
  • final sales are FINAL and cannot be returned.

Home Décor Returns

  • Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition.
  • Seasonal or clearance home décor items may be final sale and not eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days, subject to item availability.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
