We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
General Return Guidelines
- Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
- Items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging (if applicable).
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Clothing Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, perfume, pet hair, or damage.
- final sales are FINAL and cannot be returned.
Home Décor Returns
- Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition.
- Seasonal or clearance home décor items may be final sale and not eligible for return.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days, subject to item availability.
- If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
