• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
• Orders placed after 2 PM (local time) will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

• Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
• Expedited and overnight shipping are not available for P.O. Box addresses.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Policy

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
• Free standard shipping is available for orders over $75 (U.S. only).

4. Tracking & Order Updates

• Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
• If you do not receive your tracking info within 3 business days, please contact us.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

• If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us for assistance.
• If an item arrives damaged, email hello@woodstockhomevt.com with photos for a replacement or refund.
• We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

7. Returns & Exchanges via Shipping

• Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
